BlachoTrapez
AluZinc AZ185
Aluzinc is a sheet covered on both sides with an aluminium and zinc alloy in an electroplating process corresponding with galvanisation. Aluzinc meets the highest resistance requirements against outdoor corrosion and wet corrosion. Thanks to the component proportions of Aluminium 55%, Zinc 43.4% and Silicon 1.6% our products are highly resistant to corrosion thanks to the synergy between the zinc cathodic protection and aluminium screening effect. For manufacturing processes Blachotrapez uses only Aluzinc of 185 g/m² (subject to 25 years of warranty) From 2 to 6 time higher resistance to outdoor corrosion (depending on the aggressiveness of environment)enhanced coat plasticitycathodic protection of cut edgesresistance to higher temperatures (up to 315°C without any impact on the coat)smaller weight (up to 3%) against galvanised steelhigher resistance to corrosion in a Salt Spray Test
Polyester Standard
Coated sheets are the most popular roofing sheets. Currently used galvanized sheets, double-sided galvanized anti-corrosion primer or organic. The final layer is the most important since it adds colour and texture, and is exposed to the external environment.
TATA Steel
Colorcoat HPS200®Ultra Colorcoat HPS200 ® Ultra uses a tested and used exclusively at TATA Steel (Corus) Galvalloy metallic layer, which is a blend of 95% zinc 5% aluminium, providing unparalleled protection against corrosion, even at the edges of the cut. The thickness of the organic coating on the product Colorcoat HPS200 ® Ultra is 200 microns. twice the colour and gloss retention compared with plastisol coatingunique cut edgewarranty Confidex ® for up to 40 yearsproduct does not require inspection or maintenanceGuaranteed maximum durability
ThyssenKrupp
Pladur® Wrinkle – mat grainy, with colours by known patterns, coating system 2 – layer, layer thickness min. 35 microns Pladur® Relief iceCrystal – sheet with a proprietary surface structure imitating frozen patches of ice coating system 3 – layer, layer thickness min. 36 microns Coat Zm EcoProtect – modernized and improved by the application of metallic coating novel zinc and magnesium alloy instead of the existing zinc coating. It has improved the protection and longer life
SuperiorHB
SUPERIOR HB coat – new highly resistant coat of the PREMIUM GLOSS class with an addition of acrylic and polyester paint – coat thickness 50 microns

Material Structure
Our secret sauce is the protective layer of aluminium-zinc (55% aluminium, 43,4% zinc and 1,6% silicon) on the steel body. It makes GERARD metallic roof tiles light, strong and corrosion-resistant. We pioneered the use of Aluminum–Zinc in steel roof tiles and this means the way we make Gerard Roofs is unique. This powerful alloy combines the sacrificial protection of zinc, as used in galvanising, with the natural barrier protection of aluminium. In almost every environment, Gerard pressed steel roofing provides superior performance and a significantly longer service life than galvanised or zinc-aluminium (95% zinc, 5% aluminium) coated steel roofs. In our manufacturing process, the tiles are pressed first before the painted or stone chip coating is applied and then baked, which contributes significantly to the durability of the tiles coating. After our tiles have been pressed, a super tough polymer acrylic coating is then baked onto the tile. This process of coating and baking after pressing ensures a continuous, even coating and prevents micro-cracking that can occur in the bends of steel roof products that are painted first and then pressed or rolled into shape… Our textured tiles are finished with beautiful volcanic stone chips and clear acrylic overglaze which provides a lovely, shiny finish
BudMat
X-MATT
GreenCoat Crown BTA coating manufactured by the Swedish global steelworks – SSAB. Now even more ecological. Thanks to the unique global patent, a significant part of traditional oil-based components were replaced with Swedish rapeseed oil. The increased coating efficiency makes the assortment of the highest quality products from GreenCoat® steel the most environmentally-friendly offer of organically coated steel for construction. As the only ones in Europe, we have a written guarantee of colour repeatability from SSAB. The coating is a part of the anti-corrosion coating category compliant with EN 10169. It guarantees a very long product life, strengthens mechanical scratch and UV radiation resistance. The high corrosion resistance of the X-Matt coating has been tested by exposure in aggressive marine and industrial environments. Zinc coating is min. 275 g / m². Durability and beauty is X-Matt.50 years warranty
D-MATT
The coating is produced by the largest steel manufacturer in the world – ArcelorMittal. As the only ones in Europe, we have a written guarantee of colour repeatability from ArcelorMittal. D-Matt coating means high durability and corrosion and scratch resistance. Here are the most important technical parameters. Thickness of the decorative coating: 35 microns; adhesion of the coating (bending in T): = 1 T; bending resistance at bending (bending in T): = 2 T; impact resistance: 18 J; scratch resistance (Clemen): = 1.5 kg; Corrosion resistance: Category RC3; Ultraviolet radiation resistance: QUV (UVA + H2O) test (2000 hours) Zinc coating is min. 275 g / m² If you are looking for a roof that has a beautiful, matt and granular structure, D-Matt is for you.30 years warranty
